Books on Cross-Cultural Understanding

We’d like you to know about our favorite books on cross-cultural issues that you might find useful. While we are not advocating for any company or author, over the years we have found that the Do’s and Taboo’s series by Roger Axtell have all been very helpful. Additionally, Polly Platt’s books on France are right on target. Nancy loved Learning to Bow about Japan and was so impressed with Culture Shock! China that she wanted all of Culture Shock! Guides included in this list. We assume that the following list will be equally valuable. All book descriptions and summaries are from Amazon.com or the Author’s website. Enjoy, let us know your favorite books and send us your recommendations!
